This Thai Ice Cream place is absolutely fantastic. Fun fact about the place; there is not a single freezer in the store! Everything is made to order with three simple ingredients: Milk. Sugar. Cream. We always have a lot of fun watching them make the ice cream as it is very entertaining. The quality of the ice cream is so good.

If you love cookies, brownies and doughnuts this is your place for ice cream. Known for it’s ice cream cookie sandwiches, Baked Bear has a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings to create the perfect ice cream sandwich. The cookies are homemade from original recipes and hand-scooped on site. The Bear Batter is one of the most unique and best ice cream flavors we have had. It is cake batter ice cream with chocolate chunks and is fantastic.

Churro Company

The Churro Co is a great spot for a nice treat in the 512. If you are a fanatic of a good churro and ice cream, this is a must try. The ice cream they incorporate into all of their offerings bring them to another level. Our favorite is the Date Night which is embezzled in popcorn sugar, vanilla ice cream, sea salt and topped off with a drizzle of caramel.

 If you like ice cream and you like alcohol, this place is calling your name. Prohibition Creamery’s motto is “creating delicious ice cream with attitude”. Not only do they serve alcohol infused treats, but also have craft cocktails, beer and wine on tap as well. If you are looking to try a variety of flavors, they also serve mini flights of ice cream to ponder on as the one above.

Taco Sweets is a food truck located on Burnet street. This is an ice cream truck that specializes in ice cream tacos. They are not only very photogenic but also a lot of fun to eat! The ice cream breakfast taco with fruity pebbles and the s’mores taco are both good trys if you are in the neighborhood and looking for a treat.
